Teamwork is an essential part of what we do at Challenger Pallet. As an industry leader in high-quality wooden pallets, we depend heavily on our employees. From the moment lumber arrives in our yard, our employees begin the process of building a pallet that meets our customers’ quality needs. Each employee is trained in multiple areas to learn our quality standards. Maintenance personnel keeps our plant running daily. Forklift operators organize the yard, move lumber, and load trucks. Our delivery drivers are the best in the business and get pallets delivered on-time.

We are always looking for positive, hard-working, dependable, and energetic people. Manufacturing pallets requires individuals who are willing to work as a team. Some of the positions that are open from time-to-time are the following:

• Pallet nailing operators
