About Andy

Andy Hernandez joined Challenger Pallet in November of 2018. His previous 8 years of management background attribute to his exceptional attention to detail as the Plant Manager of our Utah facility. As a vital part of the Utah operations, Hernandez ensures all new pallet production and used pallet repairs are completed correctly and on time. Those that know him can attest to his positive attitude with customers, employees, and upper management.

He works hard to provide a loving environment for his 2 boys—6 and 2 years old—and his loving wife. He loves to stay active by playing, coaching, and watching futbol (soccer) whenever he has the chance. You’ll find him cheering on his favorite team—UNAM (Pumas)—every game they play. Hernandez may even admit to converting into a Disney enthusiast thanks to his persuasive wife, as several of their vacations have found their family in Disneyland.
