About Cole

As a descendant of the Challenger Pallet family, Cole Hegsted began as Lead Nail Pickerupper in 1992, and rejoined the organization in 2005 as our Logistics Assistant. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2008, Cole worked his way toward his current role as CFO, overseeing all accounting functions from payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. 

Supporting his 3 kids in their many activities keeps Cole and his wife busy while away from work. He now works toward obtaining soccer coaching certification to continue supporting his children and personal goals. When he and his wife find time to themselves, you’ll likely find them creating more Lego creations to add to their extensive collection.
