Robert Brinton
As Challenger Pallet's Human Resources Manager, Robert Brinton plays a crucial role in ensuring our company's team members have a positive experience. This includes educating and enrolling team members in their benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance; overseeing the company's 401(k) program; and working closely with the Safety Team to ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Although he excels at keeping our team compliant with OSHA regulations, he is also our go-to party guy to coordinate employee appreciation events. Robert travels to our Ogden, UT, or Three Forks, MT, facilities each week to be "boots on the ground," and helps each location create a balanced family-work culture we enjoy.
When not at work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, including his three young boys and two Golden Retrievers, Georgia and Magnolia. Avid outdoor enthusiasts, Robert and his family love taking advantage of the beautiful Idaho mountains by camping in the summer and sledding in the winter. Most Sunday afternoons, you'll find Robert smoking an assortment of meats.
