About Spencer

In 2017, Spencer joined Challenger Pallet to run our new cut plant. Using his Operations Management expertise, he’s helped develop and improve products and processes to offer cost savings alternatives for customers throughout the Intermountain West. His ability to improve operations has helped reduce errors while increasing organization for both the company and the customer experience. Spencer made sure that the plant was running smoothly before moving into a sales role in 2020. 

Spencer comes from a family of 6 sisters and 3 brothers from which he attributes his strong family values. Although reserved in talking, his love of the outdoors and his own 4 kids and wife motivate him to excel in his recreational and professional ambitions. When not working, he finds himself dirt biking, tinkering on projects in the house and garage, and ensuring his kids don’t get into too much trouble.
