Spencer Gregory
Utilizing his Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Spencer joined the Challenger Pallet team as a Sales Executive to maintain and build customer relationships. Since 2017, he’s helped develop and improve products and processes to offer cost savings alternatives for customers throughout the Intermountain West. His ability to improve system processes has helped reduce errors while increasing organization for both the company and the customer experience.
Spencer comes from a family of 6 sisters and 3 brothers from which he attributes his strong family values. Although reserved in talking, his love of the outdoors and his own 4 kids and wife motivate him to excel in his recreational and professional ambitions. When not working, he finds himself dirt biking, tinkering on projects in the house and garage, and ensuring his kids don’t get into too much trouble.
