We offer new custom pallets and new standard pallets. Custom pallets are built based on client-specified dimensions and capacity. Also, our new custom pallets are machine-built, providing highly accurate construction. New pallets are made to be durable and are more hygienic than used pallets.
Heat treatment and delivery are offered on new custom and standard pallets.
Wood pallets used for international shipments are required to meet treatment standards set by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). These standards are in place to keep invasive pests from transferring internationally via wood pallets and containers. We offer wood pallets heat-treated to meet these standards.
Repaired and Remanufactured Pallets
We provide both repaired and remanufactured wood pallets, providing durable and cost-saving delivery solutions that support sustainability.

Stringer and Block Pallets and Crates
Challenger offers both stringer and block pallets. Stringer pallets have 2x4s that run the length of the pallet. Block pallets are constructed with wood blocks in the center section.

Pallet transportation, computer-aided design, and heat treatment are customer-focused services available from our team in Ogden.
We provide pallet transportation and the management of associated logistics. We have our own delivery fleet and utilize the services of outside carriers.
Our team utilizes the Pallet Design System (PDS), a computerized tool for pallet design. PDS brings precision to the pallet-building process so that excess wood is not used in pallet construction. Reduced lumber use can equal reduced costs.
Heat treatment of pallets and crates is offered at our Ogden location and at our Idaho Falls and Three Forks facilities. Our heat treatment process meets International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) standards for shipping pallets internationally.
