New Custom Pallets
We offer new custom pallets and new standard pallets. New pallets — whether custom or standard — are durable and more hygienic than used pallets.
Custom pallets are built based on client-specified dimensions and capacity. Also, our new custom pallets are machine-built, providing highly accurate construction.
Heat treatment and delivery are offered on new custom and standard pallets.
Heat-Treated Pallets
Wood pallets used for international shipments are required to meet treatment standards set by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). These standards are in place to keep invasive pests from transferring internationally via wood pallets and containers.
We offer wood pallets heat-treated to meet these standards.

Stringer and Block Pallets and Crates
Challenger offers both stringer and block pallets. Stringer pallets have 2x4s that run the length of the pallet. Block pallets are constructed with wood blocks in the center section.

Animal Bedding

Pallet Design
Customized pallet design is handled by the Pallet Design System (PDS). This computerized tool brings precision to design that can lead to cost savings.
Heat Treatment
Pallet and crate heat treatment is available at each of our locations, including in Idaho Falls. Our heat treatment meets the standards required for international shipments.

Since our start in 1969 supplying the Southeast Idaho agricultural industry with shipping and packaging pallets, we have expanded into the largest pallet producer in the Intermountain West.
