Manufactured according to client specifications, our new custom pallets are constructed at our facility and made ready for distribution.
We also offer new standard pallets measuring 48 x 40 inches.
All of our new pallets are machine-built, manufactured with fresh lumber, and constructed to handle repeated use. Heat treatment and delivery are available for our new pallets, whether custom- or standard-sized.
Challenger Pallet & Supply offers pallets that have been heat-treated according to standards set by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) for wood pallets and containers to be shipped internationally. These standards are to prevent the international transfer of invasive pests.
Repaired and Remanufactured Pallets
Repaired and remanufactured wood pallets are durable distribution solutions that save money and support sustainability.
Previously used wood pallets that we have repaired are available at our facility, as are wood pallets that we have remanufactured by using new lumber in combination with used components.

Stringer and Block Pallets and Crates
We offer stringer pallets, so named due to the 2x4s called “stringers” that run the length of the pallets. This is the most commonly used pallet style in the United States.
Block pallets are also available. This style uses blocks in the center section to support pallet decks. This style is common for use in Europe and in Asia.

We offer dependable pallet delivery and effective transportation management services. In providing pallet transportation, we draw on our fleet of trucks and partner with third-party carriers. Pallet shipment is available in Montana and to Washington, Wyoming, and other areas of the Intermountain Region.
Our services include the application of the Pallet Design System (PDS). This is a computerized system we use for the design of new custom pallets. PDS helps ensure precision in the design-making process so that excess lumber is not used, which can result in cost savings.
Available at our Three Forks facility and at our Idaho Falls and Ogden locations, pallet and crate heat treatment from Challenger meets international shipping treatment standards from the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC).
